Foothill Property Stewardship was created to provide homeowners with something often missing: a trusted set of eyes watching over their property year-round.

Many property owners live away from their homes, have large rural parcels, or simply do not have the time or means to monitor changing conditions. Our goal is to provide confidence that someone is paying attention.

With experience working in the foothill environment, we understand the unique challenges local properties face, including seasonal weather, vegetation growth, wildfire preparedness, and property access concerns.
